How Group Service Works

1) Tell us about your community
Share your address list or approximate home count and where you’re located.
2) Get a custom quote
We price based on route density and total homes, so groups pay a lower per-home rate.
3) Rollout & cart delivery
We schedule your start date, deliver carts, and set your pickup day(s).

HOA & Group Service FAQs

Is this only for HOAs?

No. We work with HOAs, mobile home parks, landlords with multiple homes, and informal neighborhoods where residents want to switch together. If you have several homes in the same area, we can talk group rates.

How many homes do we need to qualify for group pricing?

There’s no hard minimum, but pricing improves as more homes join the route together. Reach out with your home count and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can you bill the HOA or park directly instead of each resident?

Yes. We can bill a master account (HOA, park, or property manager) or bill each home individually, depending on how your community prefers to handle it.

Do you provide carts for every home?

Yes. Each home receives a 95-gallon or 65-gallon cart as part of service. We’ll work with you to set a standard cart size, with exceptions when needed.

What if we’re under contract with another hauler right now?

That’s common. We can still talk through pricing and timing now, then plan your start date around when your current agreement ends. Just let us know your contract details when you reach out.

Do you offer recycling for HOAs or parks?

In some areas, yes — especially where we already offer recycling as a route option. Mention recycling when you contact us and we’ll confirm what’s available for your community.
