Residential customers will be billed once per quarter (3 months). You have the option to pay the year upfront for a discount.
You’ll receive your invoice by email.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment portal. Card payments will have a $1 fee.
ACH Payments will have no fee. Cash or check can be arranged by calling our office at (316) 633-0775.
Yes. Once you’re logged into the online payment portal,
you can enable autopay for seamless automatic billing.
We try to work with you. If there's an issue, reach out before your pickup day and we'll make sure you stay on route.
Service interruptions can occur if payment isn’t received within 7 days of the due date.
